Payment goes through an outside processor. Your balance moves once the network confirms it — usually within a few minutes.

Promo code

A code credits its amount to this balance once. Each code works once per account; some are meant for new accounts only. Repeated wrong codes lock the account for a day.

Money in and out

Each request to a model is charged on its own; a failed request is not charged, and a clip that fails is refunded. The chats themselves are not listed here — they are in the AI section.

This device

Signing out clears the code and the key from this browser. Your chats stay stored, and only the code can open them again.

Delete account

Removes the code and everything under it from our database: chats, files and the payment ledger. Any balance left is lost. This cannot be undone.
